1. No Sharing or Distribution of Videos

Subscriber agrees that all video content provided by Creator is strictly for personal use only. Subscriber shall NOT share, forward, distribute, upload, or otherwise make available any video content — in whole or in part — to any third party, whether through direct sharing, file transfer, download links, screen recording, or any other means, without the express written consent of the Creator.

2. No Copying, Teaching, or Reproducing Content

Subscriber shall NOT copy, reproduce, adapt, summarize, or use any methods, concepts, scripts, frameworks, strategies, or other proprietary content from Creator's videos to teach, instruct, coach, or train others — in any format, setting, or medium — without prior written authorization from the Creator. This includes but is not limited to workshops, webinars, online courses, one-on-one coaching, and written publications.

3. No Recording or Repurposing

Subscriber shall NOT record, screen-capture, or digitally reproduce any portion of Creator's video content through any device, software, or technology. Subscriber further agrees NOT to repurpose, remix, re-edit, translate, or create derivative works from the Creator's content for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise.

4. Limited Permission to Post Personal Photos

Notwithstanding Section 3 above, Subscriber IS permitted to take and share personal photographs of their own screen, workspace, or physical environment while engaging with Creator's content (e.g., a photo of their laptop or notebook). Such photos may be posted to social media provided they do not contain any video playback, screen recordings, or substantial reproduction of the Creator's materials. Subscriber shall NOT post, stream, or publish any video content, video clips, excerpts, or screen captures of Creator's videos on any platform, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat.

5. No Sharing of Login Credentials

Subscriber's account credentials — including username, password, and any access links — are strictly personal and non-transferable. Subscriber shall NOT share, sell, gift, lend, or otherwise provide their login information to any other individual or entity. Any unauthorized account access resulting from Subscriber's disclosure of credentials shall be the sole responsibility of the Subscriber.

6. Authorized Marketing Personnel

The restrictions set forth in this Agreement do not apply to individuals or entities who have been granted express written authorization by the Creator to market, promote, or distribute the Creator's content. This includes the Creator's designated marketing team members and approved affiliate partners operating under a separate written marketing or affiliate agreement with the Creator. Authorized marketers may share, post, or distribute video content solely for the purpose of promoting the Creator's offerings, and only to the extent permitted by their individual authorization. Any marketing or affiliate authorization may be revoked by the Creator at any time in writing. Unauthorized individuals may not claim marketing authorization without documented written proof from the Creator.

Consequences of Violation: Any violation of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of Subscriber's access without refund, legal action for copyright infringement and/or breach of contract, and any other remedies available under applicable law. The Creator reserves all rights to pursue damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
